What is Postman’s Trinkets about?

We are an enterprise that aims to raise awareness for shelter animals in Singapore and to give back to them.

Why should I buy your bracelets?

Well, first of all, they're pretty ;). More importantly, we donate 30% of proceeds from every bracelet sold, to our partner shelters every month.

Which shelters do Postman's Trinkets support?

We are currently working with the following shelters:

  • Hope Dog Rescue

  • Love the Voiceless

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently, we accept payments via PayNow, PayLah! and PayPal. For PayNow and PayLah!, these options are available to Singapore residents.

Just drop us an email when in doubt.

When will I receive my items?

Upon confirmation of your order, we will mail it out within 5 working days.
We currently send our packages via Singpost regular mail and registered mail (SmartPac) for tracked mail.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for up to 5 days after delivery, if there is a defect, or if you’ve simply changed your mind.
For the latter, the product should be mailed back to us with its original tags and packaging intact.

I am not sure if my order went through. What do I do?

Please email us and we will sort everything out for you happily.

Do you do production/content collaborations or sponsorships?

Please email us. We are always open to new ideas, especially for the benefit of dogs in need.

What are the bracelets made of?

They're made of stainless steel. This means they won't rust, tarnish or turn green.

We do recommend that you avoid prolonged exposure to water, sea water and/or perfumes, as with all your precious jewellery. :)

What are my delivery options?

For Local (SG), we offer regular mail and registered mail (Smartpac) via Singpost.  Please contact us via email for locations outside of SG.

We always ensure that all delivery details are accurate prior to mailing your items from Postman's Trinkets, but please note that we are unable to track regular mail through Singpost*.

We recommend that you opt for registered mail should you want to track your package status accordingly.

*We are not responsible for lost or delayed mail by Singpost.
